Who is this group for? Fortnite lovers aged 7 - 11 !

Mama Needs a Weighted Blanket
Tired of feeling “too much” and “not enough” at the same time?
Overstimulated, under-supported, and carrying a thousand invisible tasks in your head?
This group is for you.
Mama Needs a Weighted Blanket is a cozy, neurodivergent-affirming therapeutic group for moms who are done masking and ready to regulate, reconnect, and release the guilt.
Who is this group for? Neurodivergent moms who are diagnosed, exploring diagnosis, or self-diagnosed. This group is inclusive of trans and non-binary individuals who identify as a mom.
What you can expect from Mama Needs a Weighted Blanket …
Sensory overwhelm and burnout
Regulating without shame
Releasing guilt and unrealistic expectations
Embracing the beautifully wired brain you have
Unmasking and self-acceptance
Join a small circle of neurodivergent moms for 6 sessions of compassionate connection, nervous system education, and real-life tools—led by a neurodivergent counsellor who gets it.
We affirm all forms of neurodivergence. Come as you are—stims, tangents, fidgets, and all.
Time: 6:00 - 7:30pm (90 minutes)
When: Monthly - Last Wednesday of the Month.
